ULTIMATE HUMMERS Magazine is a now defunct quarterly magazine, originally published by Cole Publishing. The company closed its doors in the Fall of 2007, and since that time any attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The magazine started as a "street style" magazine focused primarily on slammed out H1, H2 and H3 vehicles, focused on chrome and big rims rather than functional off-road 4x4 modifications or driving. Ultimate HUMMERS Magazine turned to Serious 4x4, LLC to bring some functional off-road content into the publication, and so the column "Off-Roadin' with Manny" was introduced in Winter of 2004.
From 2004 through 2007, the "Off-Roadin' with Manny" column focused on off-road vehicle driving and operation, and recovery and field repair techniques for all models of HUMMER vehicles from H1 Alpha to H3, from both AM General and General Motors (GM.) In addition, Serious 4x4 also provided some coverage of off-road events, including Hummer Homecoming 2006.
